CLARK / BARNES designed this mixed-use building located at the North end of Downtown Seattle. The building takes advantage of the unique site geometry to create strong pedestrian connections between the Belltown and Queen Anne neighborhoods. In addition, the rooftop deck takes advantage of stunning views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Sculpture Park.
The project includes 108 condominium units, 8 ground floor live/work units and 5,000 sq ft of ground floor retail space. The building includes 293 stalls of below-grade parking on three levels.
CLARK / BARNES provided architectural design, Master Use Permit and Building Permit documents, construction documentation and administration services for the project.
