The new five-story Hilton Garden Inn is located at 3056 S 188th Street in SeaTac, Washington. Designed by CLARK / BARNES, the project consists of 152 guest rooms, two levels of below-grade on-site parking, and amenity spaces including an indoor swimming pool, restaurant, bar, lounge, and fitness center.
The scope of services includes a concept design, State Environment Policy Act (SEPA) application, building permit, construction documents, and construction administration. The design incorporates Pacific Northwest-inspired materials to provide guests an improved, local experience during their stay. This approach is an approved modification to Hilton’s Design Standards, providing a design that responds to the local context, while maintaining the consistent brand aesthetic of the hotel.
