CLARK / BARNES is completing the design for a new eight-story, 201-unit multifamily development in Bellevue. Amity Court comprises studio to two-bedroom apartments, ranging in size from 475 square feet to over 1,000 square feet, with large windows to encourage natural light. The development will feature a variety of amenities, including a rooftop south-facing terrace with an attached lounge, lushly landscaped courtyards, and common spaces with open floor plans. The contemporary design capitalizes on the neutral color palette offered by a wood and concrete material selection against a backdrop of stunning natural views.

The proposed project underwent a public presentation with the City of Bellevue in September, and is currently in Entitlement Review ahead of construction beginning in 2023 Click here to read more.
