A groundbreaking ceremony was recently held for the Amelia project, a multifamily development consisting of 108-units in SeaTac. CLARK / BARNES’ design of Amelia includes studio to two-bedroom apartments, fitness centre, co-working space, a large roof deck, and a top floor plane spotting lounge, a nod to the building’s namesake, Amelia Earhart, and a reference to the building’s close proximity to the airport.
