CLARK / BARNES is providing architectural design services for the new five-story Courtyard Marriott Hotel. Once complete, this hotel will comprise 140 guest rooms and two-levels of below-grade parking. Located near the Northgate Mall with easy access to I-5 and a future light rail station, the project has been designed for compatibility with surrounding residential and commercial buildings.
Designed in accordance with Courtyard Marriott’s Design Standards and the City of Seattle’s Urban Design Guidelines, the project will be a key piece of the Northgate area redevelopment and expansion, a plan which includes the Training Center for Seattle’s expansion NHL franchise.
