Project Details

Paceline is positioned on Aurora Avenue North in Shoreline on a 1.41-acre site, with Shoreline’s Town Hall to the North and direct access to the Interurban Trail to the East. The project includes two, six-story residential buildings oriented around an interior courtyard, providing private outdoor space for residents.

Paceline’s 220 apartments comprise a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, as well as 16 lofted live-work units, each with city and park views. A total of 207 parking spaces are spread across two below-grade levels. The design offers a modern aesthetic with floor-to-ceiling windows to maximize natural light and striking views. Substantial amenities total 3,479 SF and include a lobby with a variety of lounge and work spaces, a fitness room, two community rooms, amenity clubhouse, courtyard with barbecue, outdoor dog run, pet spa, and community herb garden.

The design emphasizes the connection to the interurban trail. Courtyard paths maximize the visual and physical connection to the trail, while interior spaces focus on the nature through youthful and colorful designs.
