This three-bedroom, two-bathroom split-entry home was built in 1952. The structure of the original home was solid, but the interior and exterior aesthetic required a significant upgrade to breathe new life into the house and ensure functionality. CLARK / BARNES reimagined the layout to maximize the home’s 1650-SF size and modernize the interiors by creating an open-concept kitchen.
The result of the remodel is an updated modern kitchen, two renovated luxurious bathrooms, and a functional new laundry room. External upgrades include new windows, doors, and siding to create a striking curb appeal, as well as the introduction of a deck that provides livable outdoor space.
