CLARK / BARNES redesigned The Harbor Step’s Library as a new ‘Network’ room and co-working space that offers flexible areas to provide creativity, focus, and connection. The space includes a variety of work spaces, from a private conference room and lounge seating, to open conference, touch-down bar top and banquet style. The project also features a kitchenette refreshed with a feature graphic tile and cubbies for daily storage. The custom two-story mural creates a visual connection to the existing courtyard, which also ensures natural light direct access to fresh air for occupants.
CLARK / BARNES was also responsible for remodeling the residential entry on Western Avenue, which included artistic and acoustic solutions, new furniture positioned around art installations, and featured lighting throughout the space.
