CLARK | BARNES provided architectural design services for this site located in the International Special Review District at the Northeast corner of South Jackson Street and Fourth Avenue South. The 22,245 sq ft parcel was formerly occupied by a surface parking lot.

The new building is seven stories high with two levels of below-grade parking. Included within the structure are 120 residential units, 125 parking stalls, various building amenity and support spaces, and 10,500 sq ft of retail for Bartell Drugs. The scope of services included schematic design, Historic District Review Board approval, building permit and construction documents, and construction contract administration.
