CLARK / BARNES designed this 230-apartment development, located in the new Martha Lake Urban Center. Altia abides by the new Snohomish County regulations that have been developed to combat urban sprawl. The goal of Altia was provide a people-oriented living environment, including pedestrian pathways, a playground, dog park, parking located to reduce visual impact, and access to Martha Lake across the street.
The building mix includes one, two and three-bedroom apartments, along with 50 two-story townhomes. All apartments feature modern, efficient and spacious floor plans. The project also includes a residential clubhouse with a swimming pool, grilling patio, state-of-the-art fitness center and media lounges.
