Completed by Clark/Barnes in 2023, Nimbus carries delicate, yet grounded elements that are reminiscent of nature through texture, materiality, and extensive natural light. Amenities include an inviting lobby, coffee bar, gym, and “the Cloud Room” a generous residential lounge. Year round outdoor living with multiple fire pits, BBQs and expansive views of the surrounding mountain ranges and the Puget Sound. CLARK/BARNES was responsible for every aspect of architectural and interior design services – from programming to design development, phased permitting, and construction administration.
