CLARK / BARNES moved from their previous lower Queen Anne space in 2014 to a new office that supported future employee growth, provided greater building amenities, increased parking, and enhanced transit convenience. CLARK / BARNES completed a significant renovation to create an open plan studio that fosters team collaboration and communication to ultimately benefit project designs and outcomes.
The 8,500-SF office comprises workstation areas, offices, collaboration spaces, and an external courtyard for team events and client entertaining. The renovation respected the original design of the building, maintaining and restoring the polished concrete floors and the exposed timber beams in the ceiling to create an expansive space that supports the team’s comradery and connectivity.
